What You’ll Be Doing On This Tour
Boat cruise and snorkeling
You will start this tour on a shaded-boat cruise along Balandra Bay, where you can take a dip into the crystal clear waters and explore the marine fauna below water with our on-hand snorkeling equipment. A certified captain and guide will accompany you for your safety and to provide tips on optimizing your experience while you explore the marine fauna.
Balandra Beach
The beach is surrounded by rock formations and mountainous trails making it ideal to be explored on foot. This will be the perfect opportunity to hike and photograph the captivating panoramic scenery of the beach and its surroundings. You’ll also get to see the Mushroom Rock that plunged into the shallow area of the Balandra Bay, and stands today as a symbol for La Paz.
Lunch on the beach and water activities
After hiking the mountainous trails surrounding the beach, we will set up a personalized spot for you on the beach with a table, chairs, and parasol, where your lunch will be served to you. You will try our specially prepared regional ceviche and burritos along with some refreshing beverages.
After you’ve regained your energy there are several fun activities to be undertaken at the beach such as snorkeling, kayaking and wakeboarding, or you can just simply relax for the rest of the afternoon and enjoy the sunshine and warm white sand as you bask in the amazing views that Balandra has to offer.
Information: During the tour, we will always have snorkeling equipment on hand. In case you are interested in undertaking the other mentioned activities, please let us know in advance so we can acquire the necessary equipment. Additional charges may apply.
